Delivery 

Orders are shipped by Ups. Orders will be processed Monday
through Friday, excluding holidays.
You will recieve confirmation by email when goods are shipped.

 Shipping Rates

• Belgium/The Netherlands/Luxemburg: 5 euro
• UK: 9 euro
• Rest of Europe: 14 euro
  
• USA/Canada: 30 euro
• Rest of the world: 35 euro
• Option for "in store pickup" when checking out (Belgium/The Netherlands only)

Pick up in-store (only for orders from Belgium or The Netherlands)

When you finalize your purchase you can select the option ”Pick Up In-Store”. The order will then be ready for pick up from our shop in Antwerp on the following weekday. You have 7 days to collect the order before it is returned to the warehouse. You must have your order number with you when picking up in-store in order for us to identify the correct order.

Tax Free (Non EU Customers)

All our prices include 21% VAT. Customers outside of the European Union, can shop tax free and will not be charged for any tax. The full amount will first be reserved on your credit card, the 21% VAT will be excluded from the total amount that you pay when the actual purchase goes through.
